How quickly will my favors ship?

It depends on the supplier. Plantable favors usually ship within a week's time. Rush orders are available, but it would be best to place rush orders by phone. Some of our custom plantables (our maple leaf and snow flake designs) can take a little longer (approx. 2 weeks to ship). Our other suppliers generally ship within 48 hours.

Can I order samples?

Yes, but you should call us so that we can adjust the shipping accordingly. Otherwise, our store is set up with a minimum shipping amount, which would be too much for a single item.

Paypal makes me nervous- do you have any other payment methods?

We understand that Paypal has gotten a bad rap over the years, but a lot of those Paypal complaints were early on. We've been using Paypal personally and professionally for over three years, and have never had a problem. It's extremely safe, and allows us to take all forms of credit cards or bank transfers. And, you can use Paypal without having an account. That being said, you are more than welcome to call in with a credit card (mastercard or visa), and we can finish processing your order that way.

Who owns this business?

"Favors by the Season" is owned by Lasso'd Moon Designs. You can see more information about us on our aptly named, "About Us" page.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, but contact us via e-mail about ordering, rather than using our online ordering system. Each of our supplier uses different shipping methods, and your location will determine the price (our shop is not set up for international shipping at this time). All taxes and duties will be your responsibility.
