For orders placed directly online: Payment is due in full at the time of order. You will receive confirmation within 24 hours at which time we will contact you for any additional information required. Proofs will arrive either via JPEG or PDF within 2 business days and orders will ship approximately 2 weeks from approval of your final proof (from January to June it may be three weeks). If you need your invitation sooner, please contact us as rush charges may apply.

Due to the high volume of orders we receive, we do not proof read your invitations; final approval rests with you. Should mistakes be caught after printing, you will need to pay 50% of the price for reprints. Should the mistake be ours, we will reprint immediately at no charge. Each order includes one round of revisions per item ordered on text-based changes (eg, changing wording, etc). By accepting this policy you acknowledge that the burden of proof reading is yours.

In order to keep your order progressing in a timely manner, and as a coutesy to our other clients, we ask that you return proof changes within 48 hours. Please include ALL changes at this time.You will receive a total of three proofs at no charge (if needed). Additional changes will result in a $5 per card charge (for wording changes only).

Delays in returning proofs may result in delays of receiving your invitations as this affects our printing and production schedules. These invitations are generally done within 2-3 weeks, though for an additional rush fee (cost depends on quantity and speed of delivery) we can deliver them sooner.

Shipping: All orders are shipped via USPS unless otherwise requested. Lasso'd Moon is not responsible for delays in shipping. Lasso'd Moon is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages. You must contact the carrier. If you prefer, we can send your packaged with a signature required, so please request this at checkout and be sure that you send the package to a place where you can sign for it.

Please contact us BEFORE placing an international order, as shipping fees are higher and we will create a custom listing for you. Order shipped internationally may be subject to taxes/and or duties. These are your responsibility to pay.

Please inspect your order upon arrival. Miscounts or other issues should be reported within 48 hours. Please note that differences in monitors, and the translation of a file to print, will result in slight color differences. If you are concerned about exact matching, please request a free hard copy proof at checkout in the notes field.
